岗位职责：
1. 负责生命周期各阶段对应测试；
2. 独立设计和执行测试方案和测试用例；
3. 进行设备搭建和维护测试环境；
4. 协助开发人员快速重现和解决产品BUG；
5. 负责测试文档的撰写；
岗位要求：
1. 计算机相关专业大专及以上学历；
2. 软件测试理论基础，熟悉常用黑盒测试技术或白盒测试技术，熟练掌握测试流程及方法；
3. 学习能力强，能独立完成岗位工作；
4. 具有较强的沟通、协调、分析判断能力；具有严谨的工作态度、质量意识、客户意识；
5. 具有较强的执行力、组织纪律性、主动性、高度责任心，爱岗敬业，抗压能力强，勇于面对困难和接受挑战；
6. 具有较强的文档书写能力，并能制定有效的测试计划、测试方案用例、测试总结报告。
